Corsac Audio is run by Leen Muthukuda. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- When you buy: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order. We never see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email and order details with us so we can deliver your licence.
- When you activate: you email us your purchase email, your name if you include it, and your plugin's Machine ID. The Machine ID is a code generated from your computer's hardware. It does not contain personal files or your location.
- When you contact support: whatever you choose to include in your email.
What our plugins do on your computer
Our plugins activate fully offline. They do not send usage data, analytics or personal information over the internet. Trial and licence information is stored only on your own computer.
Our website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses for security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use your information
- To create and send your licence key, and to re-issue it if you lose it.
- To track which computers are registered to your licence, up to 3.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To email you about important updates to products you own. We will only send marketing emails if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We never sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy, to process payments, taxes and refunds.
- Our email provider, to send and receive support email.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep licence records for as long as your licence is active, so we can re-issue keys and help you move to a new computer. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If we delete your licence record we can no longer re-issue your key, so we will confirm with you first. Email leenrdmofficial@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
