Terms of Service

These terms apply when you download, try or buy software from Corsac Audio. Corsac Audio is run by Leen Muthukuda. By buying or using our plugins you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and payment

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for our products. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Delivery

Our plugins are delivered digitally. You download the installer from our website and activate it with a licence key. To get your key, send your plugin's Machine ID and your purchase email to leenrdmofficial@gmail.com. Keys are usually sent within 2 business days.

3. Your licence

When you buy a plugin you receive a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it. You may:

• Use the plugin on up to 3 computers registered to your purchase email, on Mac, Windows or both.
• Use it in personal and commercial music, audio and video projects. The audio you create is yours, with no royalties owed.

You may not:

• Share, sell, rent or publish your licence key, or let others use it.
• Remove, bypass or tamper with the licence protection.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the software, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.

Licences can be transferred to another person only with our written agreement. If you break these terms, we may cancel your licence.

The licence agreement shown in the installer also applies. If the two ever conflict, these terms take priority.

4. Free trial

Each plugin includes a 14-day free trial with all features. After the trial the plugin keeps working in demo mode, which inserts a short silence every 45 seconds, until you activate it. Please use the trial to make sure the plugin works on your system before buying.

5. Updates

Updates to the version you bought, such as bug fixes and improvements, are free. A future major new version may be offered as a paid upgrade. We aim to support current versions of macOS and Windows but cannot guarantee compatibility with every future operating system or host.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. Always keep backups of your projects.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to our software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost profits or lost work. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date shown at the top.
